Kevork prepares cost analysis for the construction aspect of the projects with clients in the early stages of the planning process to ensure optimum value within the client's budget so that all NAZCO projects begin with clear, defined, and achievable goals specific to the client's needs.

With his hands on experience of every phase of design and implementation, he ensures that all construction products and material needed for a client are correct and on site for a continuous, efficient, and on budget work flow.
